Hotel Prele Asakusa
2.5 star property

7.4 out of 10, Good, (11 reviews)
"The first thing you should know is that this is not a hotel. It's an apartment with two flats, one on the second floor and one on the third floor, above a storefront about half way between the Ueno and Asakusa stations. That said, it's not bad as a rental apartment, and was a good fill-in for us when our Air BnB booking was cancelled on short notice. All of the communication with the owner was via the Expedia site - we never met anyone in person, but got check-in instructions via messages...

Top Kawaguchi Hotel Reviews

APA Hotel & Resort Ryogoku Ekimae Tower

APA Hotel & Resort Ryogoku Ekimae Tower

10/10 Excellent
"This property is in the Ryogkoku District of Tokyo, a stones throw from the Edo-Tokyo Museum. It is also within walking distance to the Ryogoku Metro. The room was clean, though a bit small. We had to store our suitcases under the beds. The Tokyo view was fabulous from the 23rd floor. We had two meals at the hotel:one buffet breakfast at $44.00 for two and a buffet dinner at $64.00 for two. Needless to say, we found it to be quite pricey. However, there are several restaurants in the area which are quite a bit less. We plan on returning to this lovely hotel."
