"Check-in was quick and smooth, and the staff were consistently helpful, polite, and comfortable in English throughout the stay. The lobby and outdoor areas were lovely, with complimentary coffee, tea, and drinks available all day — a very generous touch. A well-stocked vending machine also covered meals, snacks, and additional beverages. The room was outstanding — spacious, spotlessly clean, well-furnished, and equipped with a kitchenette and cookware, offering a level of comfort well above expectations. An exceptionally pleasant stay, and we will without doubt be returning. "

"Central location in Kanazawa for easy access (via bus) to most places you want to see. Recommend taxi for visiting the garden (Kenrokuen) and Castle (note, castle is reconstructed, so it is up to you if you want to see it). Hotel room was about average size and nicely laid out."
