Everything about this hotel was great. The property and staff are wonderful. The location is convenient and the nearby area has much to discover.

Really good location, with Kanazawa Castle, Kenroku-en Gardens, Omicho Market and the Samurai District all within 15 mins walk. Breakfast was a buffet style with a decent variety. The key problem I had with the hotel was that the rooms had a stale odour. I told reception, who were helpful and immediately changed my room to another floor, however the smell in the room remained. Realising changing the room again wasn't going to improve things, I made do. Had to leave the window open to air it out which helped but didn't remove it.
