Given these are hostel prices the room I had was marvellous. A rural location but the bus stops were outside. A lovely one night Onsen experience
The village is a bit dated and this hotel was the best option we felt on paper. While a bit old fashioned it was lovely, clean, provided wonderful service and the outdoor Onsen was mixed so my husband and I could experience it together.
