"Staff was beyond what can be expected. Courteous, smiling and pleasant to deal with. Hotel well managed with attention to details from handling immigration papers to boat shuttle and land transport from the pier to the resort. Our previous trips to Victoria Cliff have always been enjoyable and relaxing. From sunrise to sunset we have never been deceived by the view. Perfect location to be pampered."
