Nice family stay... definitely recommend it.

I chose this hotel with reference of a friend of mine. I am not going to look for another hotel when I am in Kayseri and will stay here every single time. Staff at the front desk 100/100(Super helpfull from every aspect)... Staff at the roof top restaurant at breakfast and dinner 100/100. Housecare lady: 100/100, accomodation 100/100. Hotel is within 15 minutes to all of the attractions of the city. 20-25 minutes to the ski location. I came with the family but am definitely recommending it for all of the solo/business/ pleasure / family vacations.

No it wasn’t amazing , I arrived on 4 pm and receptionist was very sharp without any smile on his face and he insisted to pay the money although I send it during the reservation, next morning the young lady also was not polite talking to her colleague in Turkish thinking that I don’t understand the language, and wished me a good day with fire in her eyes . Any way it was bad choice
