"Tout l’ensemble du personnel du Riad est très serviable et d’une extrême gentillesse et bienveillance. Nous avons opté pour la demi-pension et les repas étaient délicieux et très copieux. On a put profiter du jacuzzi qui était le bienvenu après une journée de marche dans la médina et celle-ci se finissait par un dîner au Riad sans le souci pour trouver où se restaurer le soir.
Encore un grand merci à toute l’équipe du Riad Ysalis pour votre accueil."

"The room was clean and the staff was extremely helpful and very nice. The taxi was unable to come to the door but Mohammed came to meet me and walk me to the Riad. It is in a local neighborhood but not with in the Medina. Mohammed got me a taxi to the Medina ans came and found me when I got lost returning. I would caution solo women travellers- the location is tricky to find."

"This riad was a wonderful place to stay in Marrakech. The team truly makes the difference: everyone was extremely kind, attentive, professional and always ready to help with suggestions or arrangements. The location is perfect, allowing you to easily reach many of the city’s main attractions while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. The riad itself is a beautiful example of traditional Moroccan interior design, recently renovated with great care and high-quality finishes. A stylish, authentic...

"Unfortunately, when my family and I arrived, the room was not properly clean and had a very strong and unpleasant smell. The condition of the room was so uncomfortable that my family and I were unable to sleep.
Cleanliness, hygiene, and a suitable environment for sleeping are basic expectations when booking accommodation. Unfortunately, the room did not meet these basic standards, and we did not receive the level of accommodation we paid for."

"Fabulous hotel. The all inclusive food at the restaurant had a wide and varied selection. The pools were very clean and there was plenty of sunbeds. The Spa had a wide range of treatments. The 50 minute 'Relaxing Massage' was excellent. The Spa was clean and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and always had a smile. There was nothing negative about my stay. I would highly recommend."

"We had a very enjoyable stay. The place was very clean. We found out that Riad is a place but the staff(Ibrahim) makes it a Palace. He was very attentive and helpful with anything you ask. He is a master in his trade. He offered the map application and added all the right attractions. Giving excellent tips about when to visit to to avoid delays. Excellent local food spots. We would definitely stay there again."

"We travel quite a bit, and this is genuinely one of the best all-inclusive experiences we have had.
First and foremost, a HUGE mention for Medi at front of house. What an absolute gem! Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. His warmth and genuine kindness made our stay so memorable. Management, look after this man – he deserves a medal!A personal thank you to the General Manager for the lovely bottle of wine and to all the staff who...
