"• The Location is very good. Everything is walking distance (train, supermarket, restaurants) • The apartment is as advertised. Very comfortable and convenient. • There is no AC/heating units in the rooms. Only in the living room. I went in April, so we did not need it. • The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. They attended immediately to anything I asked for. • The security of the building is very good. I felt very safe. • Wifi was excellent. No interruption at all and the speed was great. "

"Please see other review for explanation of what was not good about hotel in general. But for this specific stay, the date was booked incorrectly. I immediately changed the reservation and informed Relax hotel of the situation via a phone call. Relax told me over the phone that I would be able to receive a refund if I spoke to reception about it in person at check in. But then they refused this upon checking in. Awful stay on top of everything else."
