"We had one of the very few top floor ocean front executive rooms. The ocean view is distant but panoramic on an expansive balcony wrapping around the corner of the building. The pool and beach were perfect. Our only complaints were the very limited choice on the dinner menu, whereas the breakfast buffet was exceptional in variety and quality; and the total absence of shelf or drawer storage space in the rooms. Otherwise, this resort was one of the best we have stayed at."

"The staff had a poor attitude. We waited for almost 3 hours, nearly midnight, just for the air conditioner to be repaired, and they offered no better solution until we requested a different room, assured us it was fine, or a refund. However, the staff's response was unsatisfactory. Finally, we were only able to shower at midnight and went to bed at 12:30 AM. I think the hotel should review its staff's attitude and check rooms before guests arrive. This made me unhappy and I will not return."

"Having our own pool was amazing and it was cleaned everyday by a very pleasant happy man who made it sparkle. The staff at reception were fantastic, the fresh fruit at breakfast was delicious, and we were looked after by the staff and tried some lovely meals at the restaurant.
