"Our stay was fine and recommended if you have an early flight . We ate in the restaurant and the service was very quick . My only complaint would be that there’s a night light in the bathroom which can’t be turned off. The doors to the bathroom opened at the middle so the light filters through . Unfortunately I like a room that is completely dark to sleep ."

"The hotel is in easy walking distance to the airport terminals.
Unfortunately there was no soap in either of the dispensers in the room.
You need to book early for the shuttle to the terminal otherwise you’ll find yourself having to leave 20 minutes early than necessary which is not so good at 6.35 am."

"The reception staff at check in and departure were fantastic. The young lady who looked after our check out was able to offer us a discount after I listed off the issues with the room.
1. No skirt around the bed base
2. TV did not operate properly it would switch off after a few minutes. Apparently a known issue.
3. Room was not serviced even though extra towels and pillows were delivered. Apparently you need to put out a swing tag to have the room serviced.

"The room is actually way smaller than the pictures in Expedia. Only one tiny office chair in the room, for the two of us, means one of us needs to sit on the bed or on the ground. The hotel entrance doors by the street are old school and heavy, not a big fan, automatic doors would do better job. Location is perfect, staff are friendly and helpful. Room deco is pretty good, bathroom condition is pretty good too."

"The location of the hotel was not really that convenient unless you wanted to be in the South Quay area. We arrived after mid night and the area airing the hotel was very quiet and next to a large flyover. The hotel staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. I didn’t particularly like the industrial vibe of the hotel but each to their own!!"
