Everything you expect from a modern and young feeling 5 star hotel! Staffs are all very friendly, attentive and definitely respect your space. Decor is beautiful and designer. Mini bar items are charged at reasonable prices and there water fountains on room levels complementary to guests.

Absolutely loved our stay! A stylish and beautifully presented hotel with such a classy atmosphere. We were warmly welcomed with a complimentary welcome drink, which was a nice touch. We had an excellent stay at Hannah St Hotel in Melbourne. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel was very clean, well presented, and had a great overall feel from the moment we arrived. The rooms were comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. You can tell the hotel is very well looked after, and the attention to detail really stood out. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Melbourne. Great staff, great service, and a very clean, comfortable hotel. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and enjoyed our time there. It was in a great location and could walk to many different places.The staff were amazing and food was nice. The rooms were very clean and had many helpful items. So we would definitely recommend and it’s worth the money.

Location is fantastic if you want to be close to the DFO at South Wharf and/ or the Crown Casino. The property and amenities are beautiful and classy with a great pool, gym, and steam room/ sauna. Best of all though was the professional service with a smile. The young lady at the front counter that we dealt with multiple times was lovely and combined politeness and professionalism with a great sense of humour and genuine interest in helping us enjoy our stay. Keep hold of her. We will come back, thanks for having us!!

I rarely write reviews, but our stay at Hannah St. was exceptional. The rooms are modern, spotless, and beautifully designed, and the amenities are incredible. The real highlight, though, was the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience and made sure we got to see everything Melbourne has to offer. The location is also extremely convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Hope we can stay back soon.
