"Thank you for making this property comfortable. The check-in was easy. Lights had been left on as I was not arriving till late. I booked a 1 bed property but was surprised to receive a 3 bed but only used 1. I did find that a few windows were left open, bathroom exhaust fans were running and the back door was unlocked but nothing had been touched internally. The bed was very comfortable. "It’s a good property. We booked and paid for a 4BR apartment with 3 toilets They gave us only a 3 BR apartment with only 2 toilets . As a result the 3 rd family had to move out to a house of one of our friends . Though we messaged the issue , no response from owners . It was shocking "
