"Biggest problem: The lifts weren’t enough to service such a massive tower, every trip in/out took more time than necessary. And the food needs a major improvement. Room service and housekeeping was very slow. Otherwise, the room itself was nice."

"The breakfast was great, and the staff, particularly Miss Asti, were extremely friendly and helpful. However, the housekeeping staff could use some additional training. On occasion, they would forget to restock the toilet paper, forcing us to request some from the reception desk. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The location was also convenient."

"Had a great stay at Citadines! Friendly staff, and the rooms were perfect!"

"The Morrissey Hotel is in the old Jalan Jaksa area of central Jakarta. Both the hotel and other buildings in this part of Menteng have a distinct 1960s vibe. This vibe has been brought up to date at the renovated Sarinah department store which still sells batik fashion for men and women plus the eye catching arts and crafts. The Morrissey Hotel itself is still good value and provides good coffee, pastries and both ala carte and buffet breakfas. Quieter during the week, Saturday and Sunday...

"The hotel could provide a map to visitors to assist orienting the property and the neighbourhood-the property was well kept, all staff were courteous. I would suggest the bed is great for those with a bad back as it was hard as a rock. The coffee is amazing!"
