"Horrible run down two storey family bungalow. Everything was broken! Dangerous ledder to climb to the upper floor. stayed one night and it was the worst on our 2 month Bali trip. Wanted to leave the same day but the manager refused to refund the money so we were forced to stay. Luckily we only booked 1 night. "Amazing set up, brilliant pools. The pools are heated to about 32 degrees so it was perfect. Great location. The food was the really good. The only downsides were the service at the restaurant was a little slow we waited about 15 mins to be served at one point and there was a few bits of debris in the pool at our room. The hotel provides snorkels and bikes which was good too. "
