"Property itself is lovely, new and clean. Excellent view and peaceful. However it is difficult to find amongst alot of steps!"

"Beautiful location Safe area Clean room No parking"

"The hotel is very clean, convenient location for Shilin Night market. Short Uber / MRT away from downtown. Really loved the cold water dispenser in the hall and the attentive cleaning staff. The shower was probably among the best shower I’ve had in any hotel room. The AC was blasting which was a huge plus. Perfect for extended stays. Would return."

"The staffs are very nice and friendly"

I was told I was given one room, but then another guest checked into that room. After another call...
