"Upon our arrival after booking the room days in advance we were that there were no king size bed rooms available! It had already been paid for!! 6 days!!! The front desk clerk finally put us in a king size suite which for some reason was not showing available? We were there for 6 nights and not once did housekeeping show up! I actually had to go ask for towels. Our room keys never worked we goad to constantly go down to the front desk and they would reset them. Garbage sat out on the 2 sitting...

"The property is very conveniently located, close to the Interstate, and with lots of options to eat nearby. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and they have a nice lobby with complimentary tea and coffee service, where you can hang out in the evening. This is where they also serve a good breakfast. Even though the beds and pillows are comfortable, the rooms are very basic and the floors are carpeted, never ideal for hygiene. Worst of all is the bathroom: it is very basic and has a barn...

"We arrived at approx 1:30pm on Friday. Staff was nice and helpful at check-in. However, lobby was quite grungy and could tell was not in the best shape. Grabbed a luggage carrier and two of the wheels were flat. Got on the elevator and the whole thing shook before we even moved (happened every time it was used). Room was VERY basic and kitchen was awful! Only an oven (no stove - 2 hot pads on top of counter). Not one single thing in the kitchen, no utensils, cups, plates, absolutely...

"The parking was the best park of the stay. So my partner and I showed up around 5pm to check into our room ( we booked this room properly about a month a head of time). The front desk women is brand new has no idea what she doing. No problem so the manager comes out and helps.
