"Staff was amazing. Front desk JACOB was so professional and helpful!! I can’t say enough good things about the front desk clerk who helped us during our stay. On an extremely cold night, they took the time to help us find a jump for our car and did so with patience, kindness, and total professionalism. This level of service is rare and truly appreciated. They are a real asset to this hotel And deserves a raise.
Room was clean and nice and warm when we arrived after being outside on a below zero...

"Excellent staff. Very helpful and always available, from front desk to housekeeping they are one of the best staffs I have enjoyed in my years of traveling. The room was spotless and endless hot water was great when it’s cold out. The fitness center is perfect for a hotel.

"The man who was working was very polite, the room was clean and quiet. This hotel, like many others use only 4 standard pillows on a king size bed, my opinion is that is not enough. We were able to get 2 extra which helped support our backs and neck for sleeping. "
