"The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, rhe staff was friendly. The hotel is in need of some updating When I tried to showered at 8pm, there was no hot water. There were no face cloths and one hand towel, I'm sure I could have called for more, but the room was booked for 2, just not stocked. In the morning all the water was hot and you couldn't get cold water to come out for brushing your teeth. It's pretty dated, which is fine, but the curtains dont fit the windows, so the street...

"I like the location of the hotel,there are some restaurants across the street…room was clean and big for 3 people , bed was comfortable… but I didn’t like the position of the emergency stairs to the slow operating elevator , another thing was the breakfast with poorly prepared food and choices, omelette was served frozen and some other things was missing from the menu of the day… breakfast room was also not clean enough , limited space and overflow garbage…but after all i like my stay"

"Clean hotel. Well maintained. Was disappointed that breakfast and WiFi was not included but a $100.00 damage deposit was required. Also, the hotel shuttle was done at 11pm. That was inconvenient."

"Shuttle service from the airport was excellent. We flew in late and realized we’d forgotten to arrange for a shuttle in advance, but we called the hotel upon arrival and the driver picked us up promptly. The 2 queen room was lovely and beds and pillows were very comfortable. Price was reasonable. Thank you very much, Holiday Inn."

"Despite the ongoing construction, we were glad to stay at Acclaim. The rooms were extremely clean. Everything was shiny and new. We did not care for the strong the out-gassing of the new carpet everywhere but there are little to be done about that. Tasteful decor in the room. Breakfast was delish and fast. We had to catch the 10 o’clock flight and thought we wouldn’t have time since there was only one waitress from 630 to 7. She was cheerful and very effective. We wish the front desk staff...

"Room was run-down. Carpet was grimy and had some stains on it. Sheets were clean but coverlet on one bed had a stain on it. Bathroom tub was chipped, shower-head sprayer had some blocked nozzles, and shower light was flickering…had to keep my eyes closed as I got dizzy from the strobe effect."
