"This place was a palace. Very posh. It had a full, formal dining room (not that we used it) spacious bedrooms and a quiet parlor separated from the kitchen and bedrooms. There was just one bathroom, but that didn’t bother us. "

"We were meeting friends to go to the Highland games and there were little lodging available at a reasonable price. I was a little concerned about the bothies based on earlier reviews but we all loved it. One friend was very tall and in a bothies with lower ceilings so they offered a different one but they didn't mind. We all enjoyed the wood stoves, the environment, and the beds. "What a fabby wee place to stay. It was perfect. Well equipped, comfortable, clean, spacious & quiet. Was literally everything we were looking for. The log fired hot tub was brilliant. And it was only a short drive to Elgin for shops, restaurants etc. Lovely couple of days away, we'd highly recommend. Xxx"

"Fantastic stay. Cabin had everything you need. Hot tub being inside with double doors and glass roof was great as you still got to experience the wonderful views. Breakfast items in the fridge supplied by the host was a nice touch. No complaints. Relaxing and peaceful. "

"We got an attic room which was really hot. Bed was comfortable however the bathroom was small and the door was awkward to open and access the bathroom. Shower was average. Lighting was poor. Lead on hair dryer was not long enough to see a mirror. On the positive side parking was good. Dinner and breakfast excellent. Staff attentive and friendly. It was particularly unusual to watch the live feed from an osprey nest. "
