"Had an extended wait at the front desk. When I finally got to the front desk to check in Nicole did not apologize for the wait nor was friendly. She did not greet me at all. Poor customer service."

"There was no in my room for at least 18 hours. Want to leave Sunday morning but couldn't because I booked with Expedia. Couldn't get my money back. The front desk bought me 4 small bottles of water. Couldn't wash my face or brush my teeth. Couldn't bathe. Not good at all."
