"Beautiful pool, excellent staff, nice breakfast."

"Could be better coffee. The carpet throughout is dirty and needs replaced. The elevator needs repaired as it takes WAY to long to go up and down 12ft. The breakfast bar could be a little more desirable."

"Air conditioning would constantly kick off. Staff was less than friendly. More interested in talking to each other than customers. The bathroom in our room was not very clean. Stained wall and shower curtain. No body wash in shower, but a bottle at the sink to use as hand soap. Probably will not ever stay there again when we are in Port Clinton."

"I can’t say enough great things about The Wave. The design and decor of this boutique hotel made us feel as if we were at an expensive upscale resort at a smaller scale. We went during the week so the bar by the pool wasn’t open and they were just finishing the patio on the lake, so we were not able to get the full feel of all the amenities but we will definitely be coming back again to do just that. ***One thing to be aware of is that the beds are very low to the ground. "There were 2 giant fans in the hallway next to our room. I was never told why. There were burns in the tile in our bathroom tile, NON SMOKING ROOM. There Spiderwebs in bathroom and doorway, and hanging from ceiling. Then spider came down in bathroom, had to kill because 10yr old daughter. There were balls of other people's hair in corners of bathroom. Bath towels are children's size. I could barely cover my body with one, as an adult. There is nowhere to put your toiletries in the bathroom, I...
