"The bed is comfortable and our room was very nice. The only complaint I have was that breakfast is only available until 9:00 and the coffee is not good. We went to the close by Gathering House coffee shop for good coffee and a light breakfast."

"the room was clean, tv worked but hdmi did not and while the staff did what he could helping to figure it out and even checked different rooms to see if the tv could connect to hdmi. it did not! which was disappointing but the effort was there and i can respect that."

I would not recommend eating at the restaurant, as it's quite overpriced, the menu is quite performative, and the food wasn't that great for the price paid. It is also very small & loud if the patio is not open. That said, it did not deter from how amazing the hotel is. Just find somewhere else to eat during your stay."

"I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and have always been pleased with the room cleanliness, amenities, and convenience to the Cedar Point Sports Complex and Amusement Park. Will definitely continue to stay here on future trips to Sandusky."

"Room was dirty upon arrival and not well maintained. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was hanging from the ceiling and would hit the bathroom door every time we closed it. We stayed 3 nights/ 4 days and our room was not cleaned at all. We never even saw anyone from room service our entire stay. Our first night the hotel was overrun with bikers for Ohio bike week. Our last 2 nights we had a high school basketball team on our floor that would play in the halls and slam their doors. We would not...
