"Great price and staff "

"Everything about our stay was great . The pool and hot tub were clean, the lobby area ad hallways clean, staff was friendly and polite. We liked our room, the layout of it and all but it wasn't until this morning , we were checking out and checking the bed for anything that might be left behind when my 2 granddaughters 8 and 9 who shared the bed showed me several clumps of false eyelashes that were on the sheets . "Room was very clean but the heat/"

"The office closed 12am on 1/1, opened at 8am closed agsin at 11am same day and never reopened. Wifi didnt work,no coffee or breakfast because there was no staff and office was closed. There was a number for emergencies only so couldnt get new towels. The outside stairs to the second level were metal and it was a snow storm and 17 degrees. They never salted or cleaned them almost fell twice. The area is gorgeous, the view was great just not a single available amenity"
