"I like everything about this place, especially the parking using the room key to access parking. The staff was very nice and Preston was very helpful. Comfortable beds and pillows."

"The hotel room and common areas were all well maintained. The room was comfortable and had everything you need and nothing you don't. The front desk staff was friendly, but need more training. They didn't seem to know how to handle anything other than basic checking in or checking out. For example, checking out a day early when reservations were made through Expedia. The hotel has been open less than a year. I'm sure this will improve with time."

"The staff were very accommodating and friendly but the first night we were put in a room that was destroyed by previous tenants. The smell was unacceptable and I wouldn’t have put anyone in that room. Also, the a/c in that room wasn’t working properly and we found several items left behind and not clean. The staff moved us to a much better room in the morning for our second day. Breakfast was really good and the pool and hot tub were both very well maintained."

"We hated that our bed sat on a metal box frame that made an atrocious clanging sound if either my or I turned over. Our room felt sterile, and lacked the furniture we’re used to seeing at other hotels. Our bathroom door didn’t shut and our toilet had no back it. The breakfast room is small and the staff doesn’t keep it stocked. We had to leave the property and get food elsewhere because everything was out. Overall, our room and stay felt unwelcoming. The pool and breakfast area looked very nice. The hotel hallways and stairwells were not very clean and looked shabby but when I got into my room, it was extremely clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfy, AC and TV, Fridge worked well. My sheets were a little stained but clean and smelled fresh. ...
