"The nice view of this property overlooking the Okanagan Lake is enough reason to stay here.
Room is nice & clean, with a view of the lake, & you can sit outside by the lawn to enjoy the moments too.
Breakfast is included, owner is nice & the price is very affordable.
I would stay here again if I come back."

"The facility was very clean rooms are spacious and clean.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The Continental breakfast was good.
The one thing that bothered us and was a real downfall for our stay is the fact that they allowed smoking right outside the front entrance.
And around the fire pit off to the side of the main entrance.
Which didn’t allow the non-smokers to enjoy the fire pit because of the awful smell of the cigarette tower where the cigarette were put out in."

"The outside building looks a bit rundown but the rooms are clean and updated and the beds are comfortable. I even found the pillows to be perfect. The pool was refreshing but good once you were in. "Was a great place for 3 nights.
I never went to University but his felt like a dorm room. But, it was super clean and staff were pleasant. It would have been useful to have some cutlery , plates , dish cloths in the kitchenette etc.
The Bed was dorm like, but satisfying."

"This review was going to go a lot differently. A note to all travelers planning on staying at the Dilworth - their office closes at 11pm. If your flight is delayed like my staff member's was, be aware of this closure at 11pm and find out from the Dilworth staff if there are any alternative arrangements that can be made or stay somewhere else.
However, while my staff were waiting for me to find them another motel or hotel nearby, the staff came out while heading to another property they look...

"Steve was a gracious host. The property is lovely. The rooms are large and attractively furnished with all the amenities one could want. We had breakfast on the balcony which had a lovely view.
