"Love staying at Hotel Zed."

"All was good except the bed. (Personal preference) was too soft. Didn’t sleep well. Prefer harder bed."

"The hotel was clean and roomy, the second floor facing the street goes out to a huge patio. The staff were upbeat and the morning breakfast had a lot to offer. The only thing missing was a microwave in the room."

"Hot tub was good, beautiful spot on the lake"

"Amazing staff, nice room and view from the rooftop hot tub was amazing."

"Beautifully maintained hotel with lovely rooms. Great attention to cleanliness. Had a small issue with the TV and the staff were very quick to rectify the problem. Everyone was very nice and helpful"

"Great value! Large, clean well equipped room. Good breakfast and the pool and hot tub were both better than expected. Will definitely stay there again."

"Great hotel in kelowna."

"Upon arrival, the toilet paper roll was empty, dirt had been pushed into the corners of the room, and there were no face cloths. The blankets were very thin, the walls were thin, the bed was uncomfortable, and the towels and bedding had stains. Overall, it's a nice property in a convenient location, but not a comfortable place to sleep after a long drive."

"It was a comfortable stay, clean and well maintained hotel."

"My bike got stollen out of the back of my truck parked in their “secure” parking lot, hotel caught the thief while he was stealing my bike and instead of calling to wake me up they called the rcmp who didnt show up for another half hour after the thief already made their way with my bike. Only to find out for myself the next morning that it was gone. Hotel staff refused to let me see the security footage and advised me rcmp would be in contact with me. Still have yet to hear anything back from...

"I really enjoyed the atmosphere here, it’s calm, fresh, and very relaxing. The location is a big plus, especially being right next to the golf course, which makes the whole experience feel more peaceful and exclusive."

"clean sheets, friendly staff, good price = good value for my 1 night stay to catch a flight next day"

"Great location for west side of city. Food is close. Starbucks close"
