"Overall this hotel was flawless. We were very pleased with the variety and quality of the included breakfast, cleanliness and staff were great. We only stayed for one night but could easily be happy here for an extended stay. The 16% tax in Healdsburg is an ouch but this hotel tried to balance it with some nice perks like a free shuttle, wine pour and the breakfast was outstanding."

"The hotel is great. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed is too hard. The proximity to this rooftop bar makes it loud at night. The strangest thing about the hotel is the understaffing. The whole lobby is generally staffed by one guy. He’s the front desk, the valet, the bellhop, he may even be a bartender since the front desk doubles for the bar. If you need your car pulled up from valet, the entire lobby is unstaffed and anyone hoping to check-in just sits. Very weird."

"My family stayed in a lake front room and I’m so glad we did. Waking up to a beautiful sunrise and being able to fish off the dock was convenient for our kids. I would recommend getting bug zappers around the complex because the swarms were terrible at night. I wanted to hang outside more but it was overwhelming. The chairs and tables on the back patio were also filled with dead bugs and should be sprayed down/wiped often. The room was a good size, beds need replacing, and room lighting needs to be updated. Staff was “OK”, I went into the front office one day and want even greeted or acknowledged, waited a few minutes and walked out. I also tried to ask room service for towels and there was definitely a language barrier since housekeeping didn't speak english but she was super nice. I like the fact that theres tether ball and horseshoes but I the grass is a land mine and filled with goose poop so the kids had to play with shoes on in the grass. While playing horseshoe, I step in dog/cat poop that was either in the sand or next to the box, but that was my last straw. Overall the family had a good time and its convenient location makes it ideal. "

"Wildhaven is great for families that want to camp without "roughing it". Everything is nicely laid out and the grounds are attractive. The only thing to be aware of is the distance to the bathrooms. Some of the tents and cabins are pretty far away if you have to get up in the night. Maybe request a tent/cabin close to the facilities if that's a concern. "
