"When I arrived I waited for over an hour to get my room ready even though the check in was from 2 pm I got to my room around 3.45pm. My room was great size but dirty and smelly and right by the pool and social areas so there was constant noise and loud music playing. Das haben wir natürlich am nächsten Morgen andere Rezeption weitergegeben, dass es nicht möglich ist jedes Mal mit einem Baby hoch zu laufen.
