"Staff was really helpful.They helped with everything.The food was amazing.Only drawback for me was the entertainment.They are focused on Turkish language.Its okay still I enjoyed my stay."

After complaining, they did move us to a nicer sea view room, which we accepted. But it still was not the luxury room that we booked and paid more for. "Insgesamt ist das Akra Kemer ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einer gepflegten Anlage. Das Essen ist vielfältig und lecker, das Personal ist freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Positiv fand ich auch das abwechslungsreiche Unterhaltungsprogramm für Kinder und Erwachsene. Trotz der vielen Familien wirkt das Hotel nie laut, da die Kinderbereiche gut getrennt sind.
