"Unfortunately as a returning guest I didn’t feel very welcomed at all. The staff were very unhelpful and not once did I feel like I was looked after I sat for 30 minutes in the restaurant before anyone even come over to me to ask if I needed anything. I was let down a few times In the restaurant however most of the staff at the pool bar was lovely, it’s a shame I felt this way as the last time I was there the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating."

"The staff were very nice, and the food was excellent. The pool area was lovely with plenty of sun lounges and comfortable seating areas. The only down side was the all inclusive alcohol was a bit basic. The wine was very average. But for what I paid, I can't really fault it, and I would definitely stay here again 👍"

"We had a lovely time at Falcon Hotel, the staff were really lovely. All the activities specifically the Yoga, Aqua Aerobics, and Volleyball were super fun and the team leaders were very friendly. "3 good things : house keeping, the swimming pool and the staff at the restaurants … other wise 1- my room in first tower had a bad sewage smell from the sink and I had called for it , solution was draining but it continued to smell I gave up 2- reception desk : attitude - they are like kings no smile , very rigid , and overall unhelpful we asked to switch rooms and they were unhelpful 3- no one explains l to you anything about the amenities and you have to figure it out on your own 4 Swandor app...

"We booked a family stay at the hotel but due to a last minute issue that denied the family boarding, we had to cancel our stay literally a few hours before we were supposed to arrive. We contacted the hotel as sson as we could and even though they were not obliged to refund our money, they did so in full and without any delay or fuss.
