My Easter stay at the Celtic Manor was faultless. The staff were helpful, courteous and efficient. A heartfelt thanks to the member of staff who helped me with my bags and gave me a lift to the upper carpark. I am elderly and this gesture was really appreciated. STAY AWAY! EXTREMELY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE! We unfortunately experienced discrimination and were poorly let down by Stephen James, Felicity, and Dan. We were lied to and treated unfairly. Worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. Will be escalating this to Marriott management!
