"Staff did a lot to be helpful. very friendly too. Only two stars, remember. But well above most other two star hotels. Making connection for the transfer from airport was difficult due to language issues. And the location of hotel is a long way from that shown on the Hotels.com website. Hotels.com should pay closer attention to this, as its not the first time a hotel is represented as much closer to airport than it actually is. Final bouquet to the hotel.... breakfast was fantastic. "I am struggling to write this review because we were unable to locate the hotel. We attempted to contact the hotel several times before our arrival, as requested, and got no response at all. When I called the number provided, it was not a hotel…. We tried to locate it by the address and by the directions option and there was not a hotel at that location. Hotels.com was no help. I am very disappointed with this transaction."

"Very helpful man at reception. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was pleasant but actually ordered before and served in room. Room was clean and comfortable, plenty of hot water. Airport transfer reasonable price and good driver. Strange to see the other staff actually sleeping on a mattress in the lobby for some of the day. Great hotel for the price and excellent location to walk to restaurants, designer shops, village, Old fort etc. "
