"The residency is not what is advertised. The electrical is very poor, very cheap plastic and potential for shocks. No hot water and when asked to use hot rod, the socket is very high and does not reach the bucket. Have to heat the water in bed room and take to bathroom. "

"The room is spacious and clean, so also the bed, sheets, bathroom etc. The food is available from a nearby restaurant and can be home delivered too. The staff attends to the need of the clients. The hotel surrounding is not so great but it is safe and secured. "

"Une nuit en transit entre Paris et Chennai Un hotel suffisant pour cela. A 15 mn de l'aéroport pour 850 inr en taxi. Hotel propre mais a la deco spartiate. Piscine sur le toit que nous n'avons pas utilisé. Chambre sans charme mais avec clim bien réglée et bonne literie. Petit déjeuner basique. L'accueil etait parfait tant au check in qu'au petit-déjeuner. "

"Good place for an overnight layover, but so-so service. The hotel is a 10 minute drive from the airport. There's not much around it, but if you want an affordable place to sleep in between flights at BLR then it does the job very well. The room was clean and of good quality, especially for the very good price. We informed the hotel of our late arrival past midnight. When we arrived there was no one at the desk, and no was picking up the phone either. After about 10 minutes of calling out...

"Good service "

"Restaurant service was poor.any follow up were required for Morning/ Tea coffee.."

"Hotel is new and clean, but we had to ask staff for hot water multiple times and towels weren’t provided. Recommend staff to keep mosquito repellent/ bug control mechanisms. Also suggest firmer pillows- woke up with neck pain."

"Excellent and nice service, also nice guy attending to guests at the restaurant, courteous and with good understanding of English. However, internet worked superbly first day but flopped next day. Besides this, every other thing was fine. "
