"The room we stayed in smelled like someone had an animal in the room previously. The sheets had little black spots all over them the second bed had a legit yellow stain. There was a bird in the pool. I can say when asked for help staff was friendly and helpful"

"Unclean room, the lady at the desk legitimately told me "I should not expect a clean room as they don't deep clean every time" . The room was nasty rotting something behind the bed, no sweeping behind the furniture. Green something on the walls, some drops on the ice bucket, and just dirst and stains EVERYWHERE. Im glad I didn't bring a black light because I already seen spots on the sheets. The lady who cleaned my room was fired the day after we started I stayed do to the quality of work. Confirmed to me by 2 staff members, could not talk to the manager as he was not there and not available by phone. The rooms were quiet, and the water was HOT. This was not worth the amount we spent on the stay. The hotel has alot of potential but with the current level of care this place is bad."

"Parking was OK and Parking lot was well lit at night. Some staff not friendly at all. Breakfast was weird combinations of food and didn't look very good. Muffins were half stale and food didnt taste very good. Told me there was a $20.00 per night pet fee that turned in to a $40.00 per night pet fee. I will not stay at this hotel again."

"Terribly uncomfortable beds. You can feel the springs in the mattress , linen was rough, no ironing boards. Poorly lit rooms . Restroom had a extremely loud vent fan that woke everyone up when the light switch was turned on. There was heavy rain, and the 1st floor flooded, and the staff at the front desk acted unconcerned, the following morning they finally wet vacuumed up the water from the carpet. waking up all the guest."

"The room was clean there were only a few issues that should be resolved. The toilet would sometimes not flush there was no water to make the toilet flush. There was black mold in the bathroom near the ceiling. The mold really needs to be addressed before someone gets sick and sues the pants off of you guys."
