"Spotlessly clean. Elevators were out of service (long term down!) and no communication shared ahead of time to notify. The property is situated directly beside an active building site (also not mentioned in the property description). Drilling from 7am all day without let up. Extremely noisy, completely impactful on sleep."

Well appointed large studio room with fine finishings, view of city skyline & quiet. Would definitely book again when in London."

Diverse culinary cuisines are within 5-10 minutes of reach. Borough Market, London, bridge, tower bridge and the Shard is also within close proximity, just a walking distance. "We have stayed at the property several times and will now never stay anywhere else. The staff are lovely, the location is superb and the rooms are spacious. We always book the deluxe, two bedroom with river view. The beds are really comfortable, bathrooms large and the showers powerful. Kitchen is great and has everything you could want, all full size appliances. This is an apart-hotel, meaning you can get your own groceries and even have them delivered from nearby supermarkets such as Waitrose...

"Excellent place, however in need of refurbishment. Room and balcony towards construction site, not what I used to. Stayed there several times and unfortunately communication this time in advance non existent. They ask now for advance deposit for damages. They did better in the past. Don’t know what changed but this time a little disappointing."
