It is also right on the free shuttle route with a convenient stop, so is easy to get to Safeway grocery store at far end of town There is a fridge and microwave in the room! The front desk staff is delightful and offer free bear spray. Mount Marathon and Twin Lakes trails as well as paved trail all along Resurection Bay are all 1-2 blocks away. "It is advertised as right on the water, and well, it is, except it's a bit of a hike to get to the water and could not view from the room. Room was decent, Nice balcony that did have a view but not as nice as expected. To actually get the views you needed to go hike down to the water. "
