"I stayed this recent weekend for my son’s 5th birthday and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We had an oceanfront room, there’s a separate living room area from the bedroom and 2 bathrooms it was just what I wanted. From the direct beach access from the hotel, and 2 complementary drinks each night it was amazing. We also had 2 chairs for the day at the beach, and towels included. "I've been to plenty Tru by Hilton hotels for years and this is the worst. When I first walk in the room the bathroom had a half roll of toilet paper not to mention the toilet was clogged up before I could even use and not enough towels for me and my partner. Rooms were not properly clean and barely could get the TV to work. Valet was taking 20-30 mins to park and retrieve my car. The next time I'm in town I will be finding elsewhere and I could barely get the help from the desk."

"we found the resort to be one of the best parts of an already amazing vacation. One tiny nitpick we would give is the lack of a shower barrier actually can lead to problems like the water leaking into the room and it never drying, or even damaging electronics plugged in across the shower room. also it would have been nice to have fresh protein options for breakfast (simple things like scrambled eggs and sausages and bacon and such). but overall it was amazing and we are most definitely coming...
