"You can tell they really care about cleanliness and excellent, friendly customer service. Never got up early enough for breakfast but my Navy vet husband loved the 24hr coffee bar! Great location. Would definitely stay there again with no hesitation."

"Overall, the hotel was clean. Our room was clean as well. The staff were polite and friendly.
There was no fan/vent in our bathroom. Our room is right next to a bar. There was so much noise coming from the bar at night thus, making it difficult for us to sleep. The bed was very uncomfortable. The breakfast (ordered from the menu not buffet) was really good. If you stay at the Hilton in Kent Island, please avoid room 107 or asked for a discounted rate if you don't mind the noise"

"Very impressed with the staff and all the help they provided for us.....! Cleanliness tops. My only complaint is with the cable TV quality. Very poor picture quality and cumbersome remote. This certainly requires a big upgrade. Also it wasn`t till the second day that I found electric outlets for charging phones , etc , on the face of the bedside stands and table If you outline the outlets with a narrow line of white tape, they would be easily noticed , The outlets were dark and against...
