"The pod was cold when we arrived and we struggled to get the fire to draw and take hold. Once going it was a little better. The staff were great and ready to help with more wood. The lodge was a fabulous warm space. So much character! Breakfast was good but the frozen evening meals system was not to our taste. But all in all we had a great time."

The towels were the same. The bathroom was in the process of being renovated; new vanity didn’t quite fit so there are missing skirting and mismatched paint. "I had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The room was well maintained, quiet, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The host was exceptional; friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring. Communication was smooth from check-in to check-out, and they were always happy to help with recommendations and any questions I had. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I would absolutely stay here...
