"El primer cuarto que nos dieron el refri, no servía nos cambiaron y al día siguiente no nos hicieron la habitación. Cuando yo llamé en la tarde para avisar que no estaba hecho el cuarto me dijeron que ya se habían ido a las personas de limpieza. La Alberca, el piso de la alberca está bastante sucio ..."

"The non-smoking room we stayed in REEKED of cigarette smoke. The pillows also smelled like the Mexican restaurant food that was right in the parking lot and recommended by the staff. We don’t like that food and don’t want to smell it all night long in our faces. Very unsatisfactory stay."
