When we asked, they said they would not have firewood for another two weeks; then they changed the story to a 20 Euro charge for wood; then they showed us how to turn up the wall thermostat (!) And that’s just the beginning… The advertised “gym” is a single treadmill. The Hammam was out of order for two...
