"I could write an essay... The staff was lovely. The pool and hot tub was great besides the semi trucks picking up the debris from renovations. Stacks of toilets and bathtubs and mattress outside the window hot tub area. I was informed that there are renovations happening. The front disk clerk told me and I choose to have a room on the first floor because she told me they don't have rooms that have been renovated and have bathtubs. The front desk check in also said it would not be happening...

"We ate at the hotel resturant but we had to pay. It wasnt a part of the the amenities in the hotel. The staff that took our order where not friendly at all. Regarding the hotel, it was very clean and i enjoyed the pool."

"We stay here anytime we visit our family for holidays. I will say each time we have come to stay the pool amenities are not the best. The hot tub is not in good condition, and the pool is always dirty. We have yet to enjoy the pool in 3 years. But it hasnt stoped us from staying here because we enjoy the restaurant and how close it is to downtown. "

"The pool is extraordinary. Surrounded by lush gardens. It’s truly exceptional. The beds were comfy. The staff was helpful. The building is in bad shape and in massive need of a paint job and stylist to come in and Joosh. It honestly just needs some terracotta colored paint and a lobby remodel and it could be cool. There is an old diner that needs a Joosh too and could be cool. The breakfast is a hoot and free just tip. "

"My room was not cleaned the day before I left. Housekeeping was gone and they said that they couldn't help. No partial refund or anything! I could have stayed at a motel 6"

"Room was full of ear wigs and roaches then when we laid an extra 60 for late check out they were on our ass to the min saying they had to clean the room, which left me to wonder where the hell they where before I checked in… sink leaked and underneath had mold , air con barley worked and there was a huge drug/illegal activity bust which required over 10 sheriff cars close to our checkout. I would give this nasty place negative stars if I could "

"Staff was friendly and hotel was very accommodating for my request. Rooms very clean- newer hotel with secure gated parking. Breakfast was good! Lots of places to eat within a 5-7 min drive. Highly recommend. "

"Clean rooms. Slightly higher grade than your typical two-star Hotel. Breakfast was okay though I was expecting at least waffles and hot scrambled eggs for a Hilton hotel"

"Stayed in accessible room: outlets by bed were too lose to keep a charger. Accessible room did not have enough room around the bed for a wheelchair to move around safely. Bathroon was okay but would be awesome if the toiletry pumps were located by the actual bench. Breakfaat was okay with hot and cold options. I travel with a service dog andit is noce that they have an onsite dog park. "

"This property is old and needs updating. It has bare minimum furnishings. No Refrigerator, No collapsible or rigid luggage rack, 3 towels for 2 adults for 2 nights, dirty, bathroom floor, dirty windows, bare minimal if non existing any longer the feeling of "Welcome". This was the nicest HI at one time. Now? not so much. And the addition of the 7/11 style store in the lobby with overpriced junk food made our stay more like a cheap motel. There are a lot of less expensive hotels close by that are...
