"Booked a superior room and stayed 2 nights. Travelled by public transport - bus stop within 100 metres - but there seemed to be plenty of parking. Excellent buffet breakfast although even the large dining area got very busy at 7am with coach parties Hotel well out of city centre - but frequent buses ..."

Confusing
"There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable ..."
