"We spent 4 nights at Hotel Panorama. It was convenient to the places we were visiting whilst in Adelaide and it is brand new, so generally everything sparkles! The free parking was appreciated. I had made a change to our booking prior to our visit, which hadn’t updated on the Hotel system when we booked in, however, the reception staff were able to sort it out for us."

"What a beautiful hotel, we had a fantastic stay. Exactly what you want in a lovely historic old hotel in a fantastic location in the Adelaide Hills. Beautifully restored, fireplaces galore, great welcoming bar and elegant dining room with fabulous wine room. Couldn’t fault the hotel, our room was so cosy and comfortable, gorgeous large marble bathroom and balcony (Tiers room). Good provisions provided for continental breakfast and snacks, great location, short drive up to Mount lofty lookout...

"Convenient location. The shower is over the bath and there was visible mould so the tiles need re-grouting / fresh silicone. The restaurant was closed the night we were there, I was unwell so ordered room service as not up to going out. On ordering it said 30mins but was more like 45mins and we ended up leaving it after a few bites as it was like warm at best. I tried to prebook the $20 parking but no one responded so had to pay $30 at the overflow parking. The bed was comfy."

"Was not advised that it was a first come first serve for parking So when we arrived a 8pm from regional location and then needed to leave at 4am next morning, would have been great if this information was provided earlier Was told to park in a side street and then ended up with a fine"

"We had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, and the location was excellent with easy access to everything we needed. The beds were a little too soft for my personal preference, but that's largely a matter of taste. The glass bathroom enclosure is something to be aware of if you're sharing a room—it works fine if you're very comfortable with the person you're travelling with, but it offers limited privacy. "We arrived with kids and found the room was not clean. We reported it to the staff, who were very helpful and offered us another room, but unfortunately that room was also not clean. We were then asked to stay the night and were told the room would be professionally cleaned the next morning. The cleaners did come and made an effort, but we were still not fully happy or satisfied with the overall cleanliness."

"Arkaba Hotel, my partner loves this hotel, his stayed over 50x for business, great for a man that only has to go into the bar and order his meal, and has the room upstairs, he loves the area and the place, staff are great to him that know him, rooms are good. meals are great atmosphere he loves sitting in the sports bar to have dinner and watch the golf or footy."
