The first morning it happened the man on reception showed no kindness or empathy and told us we had to wait until later for someone to arrive to fix it. "We found this to be a lovely hotel and the Prinzlauer district and a good base for exploring Berlin. The room was luxurious and very comfortable. The included breakfast is excellent, although the wait staff were somewhat unfriendly. The staff at the front desk, however were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is 2 stops on the M2 tram from Alexanderplatz."

"Great apartment hotel near Hackescher Markt and metro/tram/bus all within a few minutes. Our studio was very spacious and has basic cooking essentials for cooking. Market was around the corner, which was super convenient. Overall, it was a great stay and super convenient to sightsee Berlin."

"The Limehouse Berlin is in a great location (just a few tram stops from Alexander Platz) and our room had everything we needed. We had one of the two terrace rooms at the back of the property on the ground floor, which was wonderfully quiet, though not much of a view. The room was perfect for 2 adults and one kid (a separate, curtained-off room with a queen bed and a comfy sofa bed in the living/kitchen for our kid). The kitchen was well appointed and there was a washing machine in the bathroom....
