"Good location for UVA graduation. However, the king size studio room was unusually small. To our surprise and dismay, when we opened the sofa bed, one couldn’t get from bedroom to the bathroom room anymore - you had to step over the corner of the sofa bed which inevitably woke up our son sleeping there. To make matters worse, bathroom light didn’t work, so we had to take showers in dark - after informing the front desk immediately, it didn’t get fixed during our stay. Apparently, the...

"This a cheap motel (whose rates were not cheap for the weekend of UVA graduation). It isn’t nice at all, but I suppose that’s OK if you know that going in and accept it. The biggest issue we had was a seeming potential domestic violence situation in a nearby room that necessitated calling the police. It was not a restful night!"
