"Para ser un hotel 4 estrellas, hay muchas deficiencias. El servicio de desayuno no esta a la altura, muy basico y de calidad poco buena.
Los asensores no estan diseñados para la capacidad de este tipo de hotel. Solo 2 asensores en funcionamiento con un hotel de 18 pisos, largas esperas.
Laa habitaciones pudiera decir que muy buenas, pero en cuento a sercivicios muy deficiente."

"Not fancy, but all good and excellent location within walking distance of MOMA, Central Park, subway, and Broadway plays. Nice sitting room on 2nd floor where our group of 6 ate pizza and played games one night. Empty water bottles available in some halls to fill with filtered water. Would definitely stay here on a future visit."
