"We loved it here! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was great but it didn’t have a lot of storage for our longer stay. We would choose this location again but would book a King deluxe room. We walked everywhere as it was all super close. We are going to return"

"We have been to Key West 8 times and have stayed at a few different places. The Conch House Heritage Inn was the best, without a doubt. Sincerely nothing could’ve been better we had the Best Continental Breakfast ever, the Coffee was great. Staff so welcoming and gave us a tour upon check-in (that’s never happened anywhere before) Clean, Comfortable, Relaxing and top notch All the way. We will Most Definitely be coming back Huge Thank you :) Best staff"

"The property was quaint and clean, and in a safe walkable location. Great contactless communication from Tranquility. No coffee or parking on site but was available around the corner. Loved the pool and courtyard"

"The place is far away from duval st. About 15 blocks walking in heat . We had to take an uber every time we went out to play. Expensive. So if you want to be close to duval st….. this isn’t the place to be. Plus the sink faucet was very dirty where the water flows out"

"Absolutely love the Duval House and can't recommend it enough!! The central location is perfect!! The rooms were so clean and the staff are so sweet and helpful.♡ The only issue I had was that the deck needs cleaned of lizard poop daily. It was like stepping around land mines to breakfast, but other than that the Duval House will be my top recommendation to all."

"The hotel has an excellent location very close from the center. The breakfast surprises us because it says a continental, but it was more than that totally free . The pool water transparent. The only inconvenience was the parking lot. The Hotel does not have to many lots. Overall Good 👍"

"We had the best experience at this hotel resort. The room was perfectly laid out for our family with 2 older kids and one younger. The pool was right outside our door! Equipped with full kitchen and easy access to door dash and Instacart. Everyone on staff was exceptionally helpful and polite. The hotel is also walking distance from lots of sightseeing and restaurants."

"Great property/location. Wasn't there to spend time in room.... all about location. Within easy walking distance to Duval & waterfront establishments... Old Town Bakery around corner. Easy check in but we checked out early and nobody in office before 8am, nowhere to put keys. Parking is offsite and you have to pay additional. Within walking distance, you can drop off luggage then move car. Continental breakfast could have more options but adequate. Loved the pools and lush gardens. Nice...
