The property is meticulously clean, well appointed, and Roman, the proprietor, was welcoming, accommodating, and provided wonderful recommendations for meals in the neighborhood. Breakfast set us up for the day. Unfortunately did not make it into the pool. We will be back Roman."

"The Fitch was a great location—-we were traveling with kids. It was just out of the party scene, but still walking distance to lots of great restaurants and Duval St. Very friendly and accommodating staff, and beautiful rooms. The pool area was perfect for ending our day. Highly recommend and look forward to coming back!"

"What a wonderful place. We stayed with a group of friends and really enjoyed this property a lot. Great location central to everything. The room and property were very clean, the bed was comfortable, pool was relaxing and the atmosphere was just enjoyable overall.Typical continental breakfast by the pool (included) but there is a really good coffee shop in walking distance if you want more. Ice machine and water filling station by the pool in an added bonus. Friendly staff are willing to accommodate you in any way they can, whether you need extra towels, another blanket or need to store your bags while you wait for your room to be ready if your flight gets in early before check-in time. Just ask! Only complaints are that the water pressure is not ideal in the shower and the internet is subpar but I think that is typical for the area. We will definitely be staying here again. "
