Khách sạn Keyport

"Extra nice breakfast. Very pet-friendly."

"There was little to no hot water in the shower."

"Room very clean but awkward, felt crowded, not big enough for two queen beds. Staff were friendly, Breakfast foods good but always ran out, and staff would say “I’ll get more,” but why weren’t they monitoring before pans were empty. And the breakfast room was FREEZING which then may the food cold. One morning staff opened all cupboards to restock. So… how does guest reach the food over the cupboard doors? Seemed very poorly planned. Staff snippy to guests when we asked a question. ...

"Very convenient to the ferry, clean room, nice layout. Always a top notch breakfast. Can't wait to return!"

"The Staff was very helpful and friendly, The room is small but functional. I loved the sink in the room, tea pot and Coffee maker, which made the stay more convenient. They have also complementary bikes . Location was good, pretty accessible for walking or public transportation."

"Love this place our 3rd time here"

"Very clean and comfortable. The maid service was very late in the day though and be prepared to pay 40$ a day for parking. Parking is underneath the building and very tight and small. They had coffee available around the clock and the personnel was very nice."

"I stayed at Hampton Inn & Suites Seattle/Northgate for 11 nights while displaced from my home due to repairs, along with my dog and cat. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and pet-friendly, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage. I appreciated being able to extend my stay as needed and keep the same room, and the included breakfast was especially helpful while I was unwell. They also have coin operated on site laundry. The only...

"Great location!"

"I really like the hotel for the rooms, they re clean and comfortable, but customer service is always very subpar. No one ever tries to go above and beyond, no one is super friendly or kind. They’re all just polite, and I tend to always expect more than just polite. I also wished the rooms had a coffee maker, every hotel seems to have one but this one still doesn’t. I also asked if I could pay to have a slice of cake or anything special delivered to the room for a birthday surprise and they had...

"Everything was perfect at my stay here at this hotel"

"Nice stay. Friendly staff"

"The room was huge, bathroom was huge. Didn't need the staff much to me honest, but everyone was happy and helped me out during checkout to make sure everyone that helped got a little extra for their helpfulness! Sp glad we spent a little more and stayed here. Literally a minute from the market, and a great views from the room's window to just people watch and sunset. Rooftop terrace was amazing for fire and wine at night. Would stay again in a heartbeat."
