"Guy at service desk was nice. The key cards that he gave us didn't work on any outside doors to fet into building, we took them back, he tried again and still didn't work. Luckily we finally found an outside door that wasn't locked and got in. Beds were comfortable. Kids running hallways in middle of rhe night making lots of noise kept us up. Breakfast was good and had plenty of options. "

"Everything was awesome the front desk people were a little dry and one of the elevators smelled horrid thank goodness we only in countered it twice during our stay but other than that it is probably the best sleep you can get at a hotel. "

"The positives: wonderfully renovated large classic old home. We stayed in the large downstairs adjoining rooms (units C&D). My sister-in-law was joining my wife and I to see their family in Sandusky. Room(s) were beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Nice little kitchen; had a washer/dryer. Price was good. The negatives (quirks): There's no staff; it's all automated. We stayed there in January 2025 and there was snow and ice, and no one to shovel the snow or sweep off the stairs or walkways -...
