"Not very impressed with this motel. People smoking weed in stairwell loud music. Stinky room no onsite bar as advertised."

"With a reservation you should at least get a room. Looking west to Dillon Reservoire. We had a room looking over the front parking lot and firestation. Disappointing as it's our annual stay to ride road bikes over Vail Pass. Why charge for surface parking."

"This resort does not have AC and it is a heat wave, I wish there was notice of this issue on the listing. Food in the restaurant was not great also. Although it was listed as newly renovated the bathroom has a lot of bare wood around the mirror."

"Beautiful, brand new rustic modern all the way through. Had some hot tub problems but maybe they're working out the kinks a little. Be careful about parking on your own at River Run overnight which we were told we could do- got a ticket but were able to contest it online as first time offenders. Apparently there is an overnight parking area in that giant Keystone parking lot. We will stay again for sure!"
